Hey there Hi-fiers
I am relatively new here I was just wondering which sites you go to, to A. Find the best deals or B. Find equipment that tend not to be common on most websites?   So far I take your recommendations and then I go to Amazon to see if I can find the item but I have noticed so far that Amazon may not have some items or they may just be out of stock for prolong periods.

I've pretty much come to the point where I don't use websites anymore. I've found enough dealers in my area that I actually like to deal with and I really like supporting local guys and their families. 
 
One thing you might consider is Audiogon and then type in your zip code. It finds everything for sale in your area. Lots of fun.
