Okay, I am contemplating getting the Musiland SRC10 to go with my MD10.

Now, with the SRC10 it doesn't have usb input so to connect it to the new pc I am building I believe I will need a sound card...maybe?

How could I connect the pc to the SRC10 to make it sound the best for not that much money...what sound card should I get?

Cheers

Just make sure the PC you build has a motherboard with Digital Audio output capability. The SRC10 can support both Optical and Coaxial digital-input, correct? Try the motherboards' onboard digital-out and if you don't like it, get an aftermarket soundcard.

I believe common consensus is that you should use coaxial over optical whenever possible.
