Last week I was at the Sony store on Chicago's Magnificent Mile, and I saw a D-EJ1000 for $199.99 and a D-EJ855 for $149.99. (Strangely, there will be no D-EJ955 for the U.S. market.
)

I bought a D-EJ 955 the other day and it doesn't play cd's with cdtext burnt with Nero or CDRWIN, the remote kept on saying "reading", Most of my cd's were burnt with those two programs. But i found that Blindwrite burnt cd's play well. Anyone know of any tweaks to turn off the cd text?
