After reading post after post of reviews of headphone amps, my head is spinning, but I've kind of settled on 3 to drive Grado 325i's. Graham Slee Novo, CIAudio VHP-2, Shanling PH3000. Right now I'm leaning towards the Slee or CI.....confused

....CI was recomended by Music Direct for the 325s. Even considering FatMan iTube iDoc!
Any thoughts?

I am driving my 325is with a GS Novo and the PSU1 and I am very pleased with the result.

The Novo is a very nice sounding amp, a bit on the warm side which will help tone down a bit the treble energy that Grado cans have. If you are going for tubes then the Mapletree amp by Dr. Lloyd would be my first choice, as far as hybrid amps I am very partial to the Musical Fidelity X-Can V2 (use can be bought for under $175).
