which one has better sound quality?

I consider to buy a second hand ipod. mini or video ?which one has better sound quality?

has the 3g 4g 5g has the same sound quality?

and what about nano?

does mini worth the price?

Video being the 5G? The iPod 5G uses a Wolfson DAC chip, which is well-respected. I don't know if the mini has the same chip, but I would recommend the video.

yes.but the 5g is a bit expensive and big. what about 4g?

4G uses the same DAC.

but in many chinese forum they say the 4g is the worst ipod and the 3g is the best?but 3g is not easy to find

Really? I've read the opposite, well line out wise.

I'd go with the 4th or 5th gen if you MUST have an iPod.

Sandisk‘s player is not very popular in china and it is difficult to find it in shanghai. and i search in taobao a famous b2c website in china the 4g fuze is
about $85 and a secondhand mini only costs about $40

Seems the perfect compromise would be a secondhand fuze

. How are prices on Cowon players? They are more expensive than sandisk here (in the US) but maybe not china. iAudio 7 and the D2 seem to be the most reasonable models.

in many chinese forum they consider the Korea ’ s player is the worst player and the best payer many person recommend is sony DMZ-50 and kenwood D9. i don't
know why ?

I've never heard of the DMZ-50. I remember reading that the Kenwood has good audio quality but doesn't play nice with sensitive headphones such as IEMs.

yes i have heard that D9 have high noise(i don't know how to describe,maybe the phenomenon u describe as hiss)
