I end up using my Grado SR60s more than any of my other headphones, based on many real-world compromises such as how comfortable they are in bed, weight, general comfort, and, well, just which one I tend to reach for. I suppose I can't put all of the reasons into words.

Edit: I meant to post this to the headphone forum. If some kind moderator would move it there, I'd be grateful. If not, no biggie.[/size]

It depends.

Portable:
In summer, I tend to use earbuds more than I do in the winter. 50% D-77, 50% E888 or 565.

In winter, D-77 100%.

At home, Stax Lambda's 80%, V6's 20%.

For home use, I use the ATH-A900's, exclusively.

At the office, and out and about, things are diifferent. I'd say this is an accurate breakdown;

ER-4Ps - 60%
MDR-D22SL's - 10%
MDR-E888LP's - 10%
KSC-35's (my R910 plugged into the line input of the PC) - 20%

For outside activities, the Etys are used, exclusively. I hate traffic and community noise.

I use my Grado SR60's way more than my Senn HD 280's....I pretty much only use the 280's when it is loud in my room for some reason, like if my housemates are playing video games or something.

Since i'm always on-campus, i've been using my etys a lot more often than normal. I don't use my KSC-35s much anymore due to me never having time to play FPSs.... along with the fact that I formatted my computer and I don't feel like reinstalling any of the games.

sr-125 since I usually listen to rock, and you know, rock and Grado were made for each other.

When listening to music with headphones I use my ER4P 90% of the time, the other 10% is my KRC-35 when jogging.

Most of my listening lately has been to my speaker system so my ety's are not getting much use these days.

I don't use my RS-1 for music anymore but I listen to them practically every night while watching tv late. If they didn't make my little tv sound so fantastic i would probably sell them. Seems like kind of a waste of a good headphone. Oh well!
