Yep like the title says. I have both and I am planning to keep only one pair and might buy am amp later so thats why I want to keep the one that improves the most with am amp. Oh BTW I have the p-s cable for the ER4.

I wish I could keep em both.

ER4 improves the most imo, but still, I would prefer the E4 sound over the E4c. I think "what improves most with an amp" might not be a good critieria to make the decision on. If you prefer one sound over the other, it won't chance drastically with an amp.

PS I also have a P-S cable with me ER4P
