Which IEMs don't protrude from the ear?

I don't know about the new Shures, but my old E3c stuck pretty much straight out. It wasn't too bad, but I wouldn't want to lay on my side with in.

alot of customs also doesnt protude... they just sits perfectly covering your ear.

my audio technica ck10 sit inside the ear: i mean they don't even come out of the ear canal at all other than the cable and i have small canals. from the back of my head you can see the body of the phone but from the side, only a small moon is visible.
