I will be needing hearing aids very soon and I listen to both speakers and headphones, depending on my mood, but now I am thinking that my current phones ( Shure SRH1840),which have more of an oval ear cup(s) will not fully cover my 'behind the ear' HA's,so what 'open' phones should I be looking at that have round, rather than oval ear cups, in the $500-$600 range.
The ear cup openings on my 1840's are 2.500" high x 1.500" wide, maybe not enough to cover HA's.I don't think. Thanks,Huck

I don't know what I did wrong..I quoted my own post?!!...couldn't fix it....timed out.
Anyways,I don't have any HA's yet,so maybe my Shures will be ok....I guess I should wait till I get 'em(HA's) Thanks,Huck
