Yes, fakes for expensive Beats, Sennheiser, etc. I doubt anybody would bother faking a $30 Chinese headphone. I actually bought my HI2050 from there and it was fine.

With open back, she does realize that people around her will hear the music also. The K240 are not comfortable. If she like the Senns then why not go with those? 

The akg k240 are VERY comfortable! I really wonder where that statement came from? I bought them after a long time of trying various phones and I think they are quite underrated these days... For me, they are perfect.

That statement came from my experience with them. They aren't comfortable to me.
