Asus Xonar STX or SPL Phonitor?
I know they're different beasts, but I'm curious.

I don't have any experience with the Xonar, but the Phonitor is an amazing transparent amp. But it would also need an equally amazing DAC, so it's not enough to get the Porsche, you'd need insurance, a garage, fuel and lots of cash for maintenance and speeding tickets.

Since I already have the '96 2.0 GTI, I'd be looking forward to the Porsche.
I don't have any experience with the Xonar, but the Phonitor is an amazing transparent amp. But it would also need an equally amazing DAC, so it's not enough to get the Porsche, you'd need insurance, a garage, fuel and lots of cash for maintenance and speeding tickets.
