I remember having this cheap Samsung MP3 Player. An earphone came with it which was one of the best earphones that I've ever used in my memory. When I searched it in Samsung Parts there are two of it. Which one is better?

Those are not 160 and 320 ohms. They are 16 and 32. 160 and 320 would be awful for portable headphones because the higher the number of ohms the harder the headphones are to power properly (get loud, etc). Anyway, there's no way to tell based on the number of ohms.

Thank you. So what are the ohms supposed to signify?

I said it already. It has do do with current/power and electrical things. I'm not an expert on electrical currents, but the main point is the higher ohms the higher the volume will need to be for the same level of sound. At 16/32 ohms that won't matter if they have the same sensitivity as 32 ohms and below is easy to power.

I guess 16 ohm will hiss easily.

Btw that website looks legit to me....NOT.
