I have used the klipsch oval tips and I did like them but I wanted to try the comply foam earbuds but I never got around to it so I wanted to know which one is more comfortable. The oval tips or comply foam.

I have the x5 and I prefer comply tx-100s by far! Foam is way more comfortable than not foam.

Comply's have the effect of bloating the bass the veiling the highend on Klipsch IEMs. I much prefer the Klipsch eargels for comfort AND sound quality.

I like the Klipsch tips for the comfort, I was gifted a pack of the medium comply tips and while the offer great isolation they're a bit big for my ears. One advantage of them is that if you find the highs fatiguing they will make them much less so.
