Well, what IEMs would you suggested to me in 130 this budget?
For 130, I could recommend the Kipsch X10s for a bit more or UE TF10s on amazon.

Wait, I'm getting really confused now, the Creative Aurvana In-Ear 2 is a single balanced armature, the In-Ear 3 is a dual-balanced armature.
Oh I see...
Sorry...I always misunderstood that...
Dual Balanced Armature Tweeter and Woofer
From the In Ear 3's webpage
Yeah, so basically I would rate the UE700s and SE315s the best of the list.
how about the SE215?It is afforable...

Is it good for classic?
Classical needs soundstage and highs, in this case which SE215 lacks highs. The UE700 and SE315 will do better in that.
Go for the UE700! No regrets.
- Bass is their weakest link but it's adequate.
- Mids and highs really shine (TWFK drivers, probably the best out of all the IEMs you listed)
- Soundstage isn't big, but acceptable.
- Very small and comfortable
- Analytical, detailed
And I do listen to all the stuff you mentioned although I'm not particularly fond of Miles Davis.
Though SE315 is good but the price...I can get the UE700 and this model is lack of reviews(even in this web-site)
