I would like to buy Beyerdynamics DT 770 and plug them to my roland quad capture audio interface. Which impedance should i pick ? 32/50/250 ?

If the low output impedance is 47 ohms, then the 250 is definitely the best choice. Optimal low output impedance is approximately 1/8 of the impedance of the headphones.
