I'll be using a pair of sleek audio 6's w/ shure olives. I'll finally be buying them today, and I'm torn.

I only have used the Sansa Clip/Fuze and not the D2, but what I can tell you is that the D2 suffers from bass rolloff on low impedance phones and the Clip/Fuze do not.
