my discman CT810's output power(5mw+5mw) is too weak for er4p....
but i dont want to take a mini amp in my poket.
which discman is better? er4p need a powerful output i think.

The ER4P's are quite easy to drive. If your diskman can't drive them I suspect it has issues. Never tried to drive mine with a diskman, but I've never had ANY problem driving the ER4P's.

The ER-4p is easier to drive than the ER-6.

If you still need a recommendation which discman to get, I recommend something like the D-NE300 or better. It does not have a line out, but since you are not planning to use a headphone amp, you probably won't need one.

Do you mean by "need a powerful output i think" the absence of bass and a somewhat scratchy sound?
