I've own the Sennheiser HD600. A wonderfull headphone but still unamped. This will change in a couple of month.
Due to my son who will arrive in a couple of weeks, I would like to change my can to a closed version.
Which can do you recommend? I am aware that I will loose the typical Sennheiser sound I prefer.
Is there anything close to the Sennheiser sound quality?

Denon AH-D2000, some have compared it to the HD650's sound.

Ditto for the Denon. Just heard a pair today and can easily they are very close to the "Senn sound".
