I have shure se 535, fiiio e11 and iphone 4s

I am about to buy 1964 ears v3.

My budget is just enough to buy the trippel drivers.

Is this silly ? Other brands I should have checked out? UE, ACS, others?

The 1964 quad is only 100 dollars more - are they really that much better than the V 3 ??
(How does these 1964 compare to shure 535 - maybe not easy to say, since cim will get better sound verzus shure that is universal fit

The best prices for custom IEMs by far would be from Cosmic Ears. Very good quality and great customer service too, although it's a small operation so they often get overwhelmed. The BA4 (quad-BA) and HY3 (twin BA + dynamic hybrid) will probably be of interest to you. At that price point, I think that you'd be better off getting a universal like the Westone 4R.

Just about to pay 399 gbp for 1964 v3.

I have waited since may 1st on my cim. The Norwegian manufacturer never got them right for my ears.

Well, I could got cosmic ba4 for a much lowr price.

But the large operation in London is way more thrustworthy They sell to Norway, and they know how to deal with our rigid and astronomical expensive customs.
