Which capacitance to use for my cartridge?

Here's the specifications for my Dynavector XX2:

Type: Low output moving coil cartridge with Alnico magnet and Flux damper
Output Voltage: 0.28mV (at 1 kHz, 5cm/sec.)
Channel Separation: 30 dB (at 1KHz)
Channel balance: 1.0 dB (at 1KHz)
Frequency response: 20 - 20,000Hz (± 1dB)
Compliance: 10 x 10-6 cm/dyn
Tracking force: 1.8 - 2.2 grams
Impedance: R=6 ohms, L=18 micro Henry
Recommended load impedance: 30 ohms
Cantilever: 6mm length 0.3 mm Dia. solid boron
Stylus: 0.14 x 0.08 mm Line contact PF
Weight: 8.0 grams

I have the load on my Ray Samuels XR-10B set at 30, but don't know which capacitance setting I should use. Guess I'm a bit dense, but I don't see any setting for this in the specs. The capacitance choices on my pre-amp are 50, 100, 150, 220, 270, and 330... I believe that is in picofarads.

Simply use the setting that sounds best to you - but don't wonder, if you hear no difference in your case, 'cause capacity shouldn't really matter for your MC anyway...

Hey, all. I just got an email from Ray which pretty much confirms the above post. He said capacitance has almost zero effect on MC cartridges.

Try either 50 or 100. 50 ohms will increase the bass a little bit and 100 ohms will increase the high frequencies.I run my Audio Technica AT-OC9ML/II at 37.5 ohms through a pair of Cinemag transformers.I really don't recommend going over 50 ohms with this particular cartridge. The higher side of 100 ohms is a too much higher frequency disaster with too little bass response.

His is not asking about Resistance loading but rather capacitance. As has been indicated, capacitance has a large effect on MM carts but not MCs.
