Can someone let me know the best place to buy opamps for a portable amp that ships internationally. I'm particularly interested in the ISL55002IB and THS4032

You could just go to their website, Intersil or TI, to order them as free samples, and they will send it to you at no charge.

Or, you could check out http://www.rs-components.com/ they have everything even down to the soldering iron you need to do this.
