I have Magic Potion, Rubber Factory and The Big Come Up. All are very good albums. Try The Big Come Up first, for a first timer it is probably the most accessible in terms of material.
My favorite Black Keys album and the one that got me on to them was "Rubber Factory." It has some tuneful, melodic songs along with some rawkin' stuff too.
Although it's a cover album and not really as accessible as Rubber Factory, the Chulahoma EP is fabulous. Not really a good place to start with, but a necessary listen.
Edit: Heh, so we've mentioned all of them (minus the Moan EP, which only has one song that isn't on another album.) So there is your answer, listen to all of them.
