Hi,
I have a CDP and an AMP. These have to work with 2 power cables: one is audiograde the other is computer grade. So the question is do I better to use the better cable with the CDP or the AMP? (The CDP is Shanling CDT-100 and the AMP is Musical Fidelity A3 if this matters)
Thanks!

Sources tend to react more drastically to PC changes. Try it on both though and take notes to see if its better on the source or amp. Keep in mind you may actually prefer the computer cord on both. PCs aren't always better but they are always different

Just make sure after plugging the power cable into the CDP, that you plug the other end into the wall. That part can get tricky, and I've screwed it up a few times.
