where to get socketed OPA2227 op amp?

Just to point out... someone said that the PA was the higher quality version... no, it is actually the P version that is higher. And in OPA267/637, the BP version is higher than the AP. Just wanted to point that out...

Oh, and unless the AD8620 is socketed with a SO-8 to DIP-8 adapter, you won't be opamp rolling...

The OPA228 is the uncompensation version of the OPA227 (similar to the difference between the OPA627/637). The 227 is unity-gain stable (think ground buffer in a PIMETA) and perhaps you could use the 2228 in the stereo channels to open up the bandwidth a bit. You'd want to use BUF634 in high-bandwidth mode to handle the wider bandwidth of the 2228.
