I'm going into NYC next week, and I plan on getting LiveWires soon. I can get impressions around where I live for $50, so I was wondering if there is a good, less expensive place in Manhattan? Preferably near Broadway or Citicorp.

I just posted on this - there's a fantastic new place at 30 Central Park South called Acoustic Hearing Services, so pretty close to Broadway (that's 59th St between 6th and 5th, by the way). Ask for Julie Glick - she previously worked for Sensaphonics as an audiologist, so she really knows her stuff. 212 421 0613. I just got my impressions done today, $50 fee.
