Ok, this is going to sound really weird. When I got my ER 6is, they came with a very small ziploc bag that you can put the extra tips in and tip cleaner. It's so small that it fits easily into the small pouch that comes with the 6i's. Now that I've just received my e500s, I think something just like that would be a good idea for those tips as I'm still testing out which set is best for me. The zippered case is great but I'm pretty sure they'll fall out if they're in there by themselves and the bag they came in I ripped open to far to really reuse.

When I asked my wife where she thought I could get them, she laughed at me and suggested a Head Shop. I've looked around on the net, but since I don't know what size they are (much smaller than the standard quart, pint, etc sizes you see in the grocery store), I'm not finding it. Of course, any drug reference (ie dime bag), brings back a whole different set of results. Anyone know what size they are and someplace online that might sell them? Thanks.

Yeah I was going to say "your friendly neighborhood streetside pharmacist" but I guess you've already tried that.

I use a regular ziplock "snack size" bag for mine. It's probably a bit bigger than what you are looking for, but they're easy to find anywhere.

An arts & crafts supply store would have it.

Thanks for all the suggestions fellas. I'll try Wal-Mart or one of the local crafts shops so I can see the various size options in person. I didn't even think of the latter but I can see where they would be useful in craft hobbies.
