That Sony adapter has a nice plug. I doubt you'll find a better one for the price. The listing isn't clear, but it is in fact a TRRS female jack. It's an adapter that inverts two pins to use old TRRS headsets on new phones.

The first link is what I'm looking for but I really hate that kind of plastic, no brand connectors because every time I have used something like that I've had problems with the low quality of them.
Cutting the connector from a adapter cable isn't really the idea.
I've already ordered a MEElectronics adapter.
It looks like that there isn't a single connector without a questionable quality.
