I am trying to find replacement pads for an old Audio Technica ATH-7 eletrostatic headphone that I have had for years. The pleather has really deteriorated. There are no replacement parts for this headphone available from Audio Technica.

The pads measure 3 inches and they are round. When I search for diameters of the various replacement pads for various headphones, they don't seem to give the dimensions in most cases.

Does anyone know of replacement pads of that size?

Thanks,

John

The pads on mine are all worn out (20-30 years old), so I don't know how the new ones feel. But mine get uncomfortable after a couple of hours...

Fellow on audiocircuit.com recommended them.

I actually had seen those on the UK Ebay site. They also show up on the translated Hong Kong Ebay site as well. I can't find them on a USA sire though. THe Hong Kong site says they are 70mm which is smaller than 3 inches. 80mm is closer.
