THLaudio is in Taiwan, but they'll happily sell you one. Their shipping is quite reasonable.

Parts Connexion sells them. Not quite the USA, but closer at least. I have not seen them anywhere in the US.

Any particular reason why, I have had no experience with him before, but I was thinking about buying some stuff, so if there are issues, besides the inconvenient ordering system, I would like to know about them.

Percy is overworked and has below average customer service skills. He can sound a little irritated on the phone, and he doesn't always return emails, particularly if the answer is something that can be found by reading his catalog. But he's honest and I'd deal with him again. There are worse DIY parts suppliers out there (e.g. Handmade).
