Im looking to try the senn mx400s before i make up my mind. Mx500 is fine also I dont care. I just want to have the flexibility to try and return if I feel they are not for me and not deal with rma and shipping. I heard somewhere that radioshack uses remarked senns but im not sure if thats true. So basically, im looking for mx4-500s off the net. I live in south florida if that helps. I really thank everyone in advance.

Newegg.com has them in stock for $15 shipped.

I know that but it costs money to ship em back should they be not to my liking or defective where as I could just return em. Thats why I was wondering about the radio shacks.

Ohh! I thought you specifically wanted to order them from the net. Sorry, I misunderstood your post.

The only thing I know of Senns being in stores is the MX300's that are boxed with the Rio Karma's. I don't have any recollection of seeing or hearing about the 400's/500's being in stores. Circuit City and CompUSA carry Sennheiser though, so you might wanna check out their websites.

They don't look much like the Senn MX400/500 to me.

I know sennheiserusa.com had them in their store for $9.99 shipped -- although whether they have them in stock is another question entirely. You might try giving them a call as their webstore doesn't keep track of inventory from what I can see.

Try Virgin Megastore. They have them for:

MX300 - $9.95 when in stock (my local store was out of them)

MX400 - $12.95

MX500 - $17.95
