Hi,

I have searched and read about the headphone case from Taiwan, but can't seem to find out where to buy them. Does anybody know where and will the GS 1000's fit into it?

I also have seen the cases/bags from Headroom and GoodCans. I want something better.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you looking for hard or soft case? I know others in the forum have found suitable cases in hardware stores for some cans.

Check out your local camera store, they generally have a good selection of hard flight cases that can be made to fit headphones. With a bit of searching, you should be able to find one that the foam insert from the GS1000 box will drop right into, otherwise they often have blank foam inside that you cut out as required.

Tyrion recommends Pelican Cases, and they are sweet. Iron Dreamer also has one he got from a camera store.

I would prefer a hard case over a bag. I guess I will have to do some more looking around. I have even looked at laptop carrrying cases, but thay can get into some big money.

Head to Home Depot or Lowes and pick up one of their aluminum cases with some cube foam. That seems to fit the best, I did that when I had a GS1000 and I know a few others do it too.

OK. So Home Depot and Lowes both have briefcase sized aluminum cases, which are way too big as well as being designed for tools. Anybody else got any ideas?

I still have not heard anybody mention the black, zipper, Taiwan case that stores the headphones in the flat position. Does anyone know if the Gs 1000's will fit?
