I've read that google play store offers 320kbps files and itunes store as well as amazon store doesn't. Is there any other place/site where there is a library of 320kbps files? I'm also considering promos like discounts on old tracks. 
 
I've also considered buying a CD then rip it but I think that's more of a hassle than a convenience. and is that legal?

It is legal(and not too hard)to rip your own CDs with EAC.
