Anybody know where one can get AD823 (in SO8 package) in small quantities? My usual sources don't have them, Newark has a 250$ minimum on export orders, RS sells them only tubed...

Doesn't Analog Devices sell them direct? I thought they did...

Yes, Analog sell directly to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.

I bought some opamps from them, but I think S&H was pretty expensive.

Did you try Allied Electronics? They got AD823AR and minimum order of $50 for export.

At least in Europe, Analog will do business with commercial customers only.
Allied sounds like an option, I'll check them out...
