I'd like to get one for office use with Cowon D2. Is head-direct the best place to get them? What's the current street price? Thanks in advance.

I purchased them from head-direct for $139.00 which included shipping and it was really fast shipping. I'm looking at the specs of the D2 which has one of the strongest amps out there with 74mw and can drive high ohm headphones with ease, so I'll be curious to see how it handles the 160ohm PK1's. If or when you do get them, could you provide us with a follow up on how well the player drives the PK1's.

I really like the combo of D2 and UM2. D2 can drive HD600 to a good volume, but nothing special, the notes are thin compared to amped HD600. I think I'm going to use an amp to driver PK1 (most likely Xin's new reference), and of course I'll try it without amp.
