My '75 broke, so I need to get a replacement. When I last bought it from Amazon, it was selling for under $10, but now its jumped to $17. Do any of you know where I can get this item for under $15 including shipping? Thanks...

Try froogle, there's a few there, but i wouldn't trust all of the e-sellers they list.

What about buying them off ebay? Is there any risk of getting fakes? I know I've seen KSC75's on ebay for really cheap...

I agree with feh1325 and Mrvile. Either use the lifetime warranty or dig around on Ebay. Either result should turn a net cost of $15 or under.

Me, I live in Alaska. The cover charge for repairs (7 dollars) plus shipping would actually put me at close to $20 dollars. It should be cheaper in the lower 48 where they don't treat you like you practically live in another country.

I did just buy a pair of KSC 75s on Ebay to replace the ones my sister stole from me. Shipping and actual cost came to 15 dollars for me, so I was fairly happy with that.

a) warrenty - its a 6 dollar check plus shipping (first class was only a dollar for me - NY - or otherwise use parcel) i sent it out two week ago i didnt get it back yet

b) if u qualify as first time google check out user, try ritzcamera.com, they have it for $13+7ship = $20 minus $10 for using GCO. another great place (not for 75s) is J&R.com or buy.com. they carry portapros, and J&R carries low end grados, then use the $10 off on brand new gear.
