I am also on Spotify's forum, and one of the threads, (Lossless Streaming 16bit 44.1khz CD quality), has been active since 2014.

One of the last posts gives the contact info for Spotify's VP of Consumer Engagement, and encourages others to contact him to describe the advantages of and request that Spotify offer lossless music streaming.

So, maybe if enough music lovers, (who prefer Spotify's interface and music selections over Tidal), contact them they will get with the program and offer lossless.

Sorry, I know the title is a little misleading. But if Spotify is waiting for enough people to express their desire for quality streaming we need all the help we can get.
