Where in Chicago can you get silicone impressions?

You can get ear impressions from any audiologist. You can check the hospitals close to you. I wanted silicone custom sleeves for my Shure E500s and had my impressions done by an audiologist in Sensaphonics because of the convenience (they are the ones, who are producing custom silicone sleeves for Shure earphones).
