I just went to Tokyo yesterday. and Today I went to Shinjuku to find some Audio-Technica cans. Surprisingly, all of them seem a bit expensive like 99800JPY for ATH-W5000s.

That's why I'm really curious about it. Are there any place else I can find the cheaper price for Audio Technica?

There is no good budget headphone shop near Shinjyuku station.
Try go to Fujiya-avic at Nakano. I found they have used W5000 in stock according to thier web. The price is 61800 yen.

Take orange colored Chuo-sen or yellow colored sobu-sen and get off at Nakano. Fujiya-avic is located in the 3rd floor of Nalano-broadway shopping mall. Here is a map.

Actually I'm looking for either Audio Techinca ES7 or CM700ti. but it's kinda pricey also.

Also one thing suprising me is there are many people using Senn HD25-1 and the price is 29800 JPY!!
