I heard somewhere if your LCD-2's don't come with the frequency response graph, that you can get one?

No, like my personalized one that comes in the box, I didn't get one.
 
It's specifically measured to the individual serial numbered headphone, I think I can get one from Audeze, but I can't find where I'm supposed to request it on their website.

Try contacting Audeze, it should be in your box if you bought it as far as I'm aware. They probably forgot to include it in your box, human error.

To receive the frequency graph, send a request via the "contact us", tech support form  with your serial number.  I received mine within a day of the request via email.
