I ordered (4) pairs of these pads and with tax and shipping it was a mere $24 or so. Makes those Grado HP-1000s comfortable as can be, and easy to wear for extended periods of time. I used a small spice bottle and a sharp knife to cut a hole on the pads for use. Worked great and the holes are almost evenly matched in diameter. I haven't dyed mine yet, but may do so to the other few pairs to see how they come out.

RE: yellow SENN 19545 pads for Grado phones...

I used black liquid RIT dye...heat water to simmering, add some dye, sprinkle in a little salt, put pre-moisented pads in and simmer about 5-10 minutes, rinse until water runs clear, put on paper towels on a plate over-night to dry. Works great!
