The right channel on my Bada-PH12 recently messed up while tuberolling, and I managed to trace the problem to one of the toshiba k1529/j200 mosfets. I did this by swapping the mosfets, and finding that it was now the left channel which had the problem. I'm extremely happy that I managed to troubleshoot the problem myself, but now I face a new dilemma - where do I get these things? I don't really know where to look in order to get a new k1529/j200 mosfet, so I'd really appreciate some info on where I could obtain a small quantity.

Just did a quick search, B&D Enterprises doesnt have any stock of this item, but they are often a good source for this type of part. However, if you use 2SK1529 and 2SJ200 instead as search terms, you can find some sources for it. Example below:

They arnt the cheapest part around, but at least there is some availability.

You can replace them with 2SK1530/2SJ201 which are rated slightly higher voltage and current than the 2SK1529/2SJ200, but are otherwise the same series from Toshiba. The 2SK1530/2SJ201 are available and in stock at B&D Enterprises.

Thanks for your help guys. I've placed an order for a pair of 2SK1530. Hopefully it'll arrive tomorrow and I'll be enjoying my amp again
