Some friends told me e3c is sold at about 115$, but i cant find it.

I ordered them off of eCost.com for $115 last night. The deal was over within a couple of hours.

Keep an eye on eCost, as that $115 deal seems to pop up on a semi-regular basis.

You can also try to call up various retailers to see if you can get a deal on the E3C's that's not on their website.
