I need pure copper/fine silver wires, RCA plugs, sleeves, techflex....that's it, I think. I found a few sites, but I would like to know which ones you guys have purchased at before. And also, any links to guides about DIY interconnects?

Thanks!

Qables? They do some good stuff.

And also HomeGrown Audio (although they are a bit expensive maybe?)

I think some of the silver solders or copper solders have plenty of snake oil in them

Most people here stick by 63/37 leaded solder, you could also get 60/40 but apparently 63/37 is easier to use, there is also the option of leaded solder with a bit of silver in it or copper in it or both, people usually say they make no difference for the price..

Seems to be a consensus against lead free however.

Also check out ebay seller navships, he sells military silver plated copper wire that is stranded and pre "tefloned"
