When looking at amps (or other equipment), does anyone else want to look at the back as much as the front?

One of the most perverse topics ever?

Even if there is a list of all inputs and outputs, I definately want to see them for myself

That, frankly, fills me with dread.

An amp should have an IEC socket, fuse holder and a pair of RCA jacks.

And it is just a pre/pro no AMP. The amp that denon makes to go with it is also $7500 and I think it weighs in at over 100 pounds.

AV systems have a LOT of channels and tend to have a lot of inputs. This beast is more for multichannel audio to accompany a video, not really optimized for stereo sound.

I'm sure it'll do very well with stereo sound too, though.

No, not me!
I do indeed need to look at the back, but not as much as the front. After all the front is what I see 95% of the time.

Yes it would, however if all you wanted was the best stereo setup this would not be the route to take.
