i was hoping to go to a meet eventually, but i couldnt find anything about a meet in the new york area. will there ever be one?

There is a NJ meet in a few weeks.

besides the NJ one in a few weeks, there are typically 2 NYC meets per year, 1 fall 1 spring

Traditionally the NY fall meet has been in early November although it fluctuates.  I've organized that last few NY area fall meets in Westchester and was procrastinating about posting an IC thread but I guess it's time.  The only reason I hesitate is my work-life has changed pretty drastically since the last meet and I'm in less of a position to organize.  That said, we can work out the details in the interest thread.  Guess I will do that now...
