Most comfortable I own - Audio Technica AD300 (same as other AD series)
 
Most comfortable I have ever worn - still AD300 :p (tried grado sr60 flat pad, sr60 bowl pad, ms1, HD555, HD202, DT770 pro 250, DT231, HD600, philips shp895, sony XB300, XB500, XB700, I never try alot headphones)

Senn HD555. . .super comfortable. . .prefer them over the feel of my friend's K702's hands down.

Beyer DT880(600). I wear them all day working and they never get uncomfortable. When I put on a different set of cans for variety and go back to the 880 it feels so comfy like a pair of slippers.

AD700.  Can wear it forever which makes it really good for gaming.   It's one of only two reasons (soundstage being the other) why I still keep it around... otherwise it would have been gone long time ago.

Tie between the Stax 404LE and Sennheiser HE60. The Stax is very lightweight and just floats, the Sennheiser has more grip but just feels right.

I thought they were comfier because they didn't have a headband :p

DT880 600ohm. Leather pads are much more comfortable than velour imo, but they make the Beyers sound like absolute garbage ime, hence I continue to use velour.
