I've never really been into manga. I read Death Note through volume 8 when it was being released in the US, but then I stopped and even though they're probably all out now I don't really feel like finishing it for some reason. I read a few volumes of Cardcaptor Sakura, but I stopped because I preferred to watch the anime instead.

In order of priority:

1. One piece
2. Bleach
3. Detective Conan
4. Naruto

Naruto's kinda disappointing these days. Compare the content volume of Naruto to One Piece. Out of all the extremely cool dialogue and gags in One Piece, I can only find a few from Naruto that can compete it.

No I don't read the English version because some dialogue doesn't sound as nice as it is in Japanese.

I wish I can read Japanese.

Well, IMHO, Naruto's storyline is very good. It gives good background, not a simple plot, unpredictable and the author's willingness to kill some good characters. Unlike Bleach which is a carbon copy of DBZ.

Well it did have a nice twist to it, and I still read Naruto. It's just overwhelmed in many factors by the monster of One Piece.

There are also some things that doesn't settle in the Naruto storyline. Generally:

- Naruto's generation of ninjas are all super gifted compared to Iruka and Kakashi's generation
- Naruto is supposedly "above" Kakashi, except he can't use any real killer moves/spells since Rasengan isn't very useful tactics-wise. Just compare Kakashi's flashback to present Naruto
- Orochimaru is supposedly weaker than Itachi, Itachi + Kisame can't really beat Jiraiya, but Orochimaru thought he was stronger than Jiraiya. Now that Sasuke killed Orochimaru, only Naruto can possibly "save" him because it wouldn't make sense for anyone else to do so

And alot of minor things.

Wow, uh... used to read alot a few years ago but nowdays I don't read that many.

BECK (best manga)
Airgear
Vagabond (second best manga)
Naruto
Bleach
Full Metal Alchemist
Claymore

A few years ago the list would have been five to ten times longer but alot of series came to an end and scanslators dropped others so here's what's left. Eventhough I can read Japanese, I usually don't bother with many mangas besides the ones I mentioned above.

There's lots of manga in our school library, which is cool.

I've never really got into it though. I see no point in reading it over normal books. When I do read Manga, I don't normally look much at the pictures anyway...

I love anime though.

I love School Rumble the anime. Is the original manga worth looking into? More importantly are the relationships going anywhere after the second season?

Hrrm, if you have time then definitely take a look into it... School Rumble manga just continues on with the same formula as the anime so you might enjoy it.. For the bigger characters, there is progress with Karasuma and Tenma relationship and Eri is coming to terms with her feelings for Harima.. But Harima is still Harima.. There is still the underlying Yakumo feelings as well that comes into play every once in a while... However there are resets so it can get frustrating when things are finally developing..

not sure why OverlordXenu is holding a grudge toward Japanese animation... but... that is his problem

anyway, I am currently tracking Airgear and Claymore... that's about it.

Used to track Naruto, Bleach and one Piece, lost the interest in it, because Naruto storyline is starting to drag on. Don't quiet like the current storyline of Bleach anymore.

but anyway, here is one comic that i have been tracking
is call 夏伊納·達爾克~黑月之王和蒼碧之月的公主 in Chinese, not sure what it is in English or Japanese, but its worth a try.... there is a lot of fan service, but the storyline of this comic is really good.

Same concept to "Scissor, Paper, Stone".
