I think it's an intersting topic because it's a difficult task to convey large amounts of emotion in such a short time, but......

The first couple that came to my mind were
Beatles - Hey Majesty ~ 0:23
Grateful Dead - And We Bid You Goodnight ~0:35

let's try to keep these under a minute.

Every song on the A Wizard A True Star album by Todd Rundgren (except the Medley which is 10 minutes long, and the last 2 tracks which are 4-5 minutes long)

Every track on the Tracked Amarok by Mike Oldfield, although admittedly the album is normally one single 60minute song. Most of the tracks are about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Both of those albums are masterpieces of disjointed progression though.

Also:

Blue - Song 2 (2:02)
R.E.M. - Walters Theme (1:31)
Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band - Narcissus (0:23)
Texas - 0.34 (0:34)
Texas - 0.28 (0:28)
