Hello, I am having some problems with my UM3X. When I listen to music, sometimes the right monitor would go out. When tab it or readjust the position, it usually comes back on. Anyone know what might be the problem? Is there any cost effective way to fix it?

First I would suggest you switch the cable sides (put left cable into right monitor), once you do that tell us if the problem persists and if it does is the problem exactly the same or did it also switch sides?
 
EDIT: whoops forgot to ask if you have a removable cable?

Unfortunately the cable is not detachable.

If it's under guarantee then send back to westone for a fix, if it isn't then you could either get them reshelled into customs or send to bgt-audio to be modded for detachable cables.
