I woke up yesterday morning and turned my monitor on just like every other morning but something looked strange. The contrast was super high and the bright colors just blended together. I pushed the degauss button on the monitor and that fixed the color problem but there was something else wrong too.

It was and still is screwed up. Around all the icons and fonts and whatever, everything looks pixleized and just rough around the edges. Also, the screen looks like it is shaking very slightly.

I don't know if it's my monitor, my videocard, or just a setting that's screwed up somewhere.

Any ideas on what I can do to check it would help out or if someone else has had this problem what did it end up being?

my monitor is to dark.... if i wanna see a dark pic i have to save it and then brighten it up in photoshop...
